Pricing Guidelines:

We require a $30 payment for the initial screen set up. For full apparel sides please add another $5 dollars (i.e. full front graphic or full back).

COLOR MATCHING - $10.00 per color. Current technology allows us to match PMS (coated) colors
using ink systems licensed by Pantone, Inc. Since the PMS system is designed for offset printing
onto paper, and not screen printing onto textiles, an exact match cannot be guaranteed, however,
will be extremely close. is holds true for other color matching such as “match the trim” or any
other supplied swatch that needs to be matched by eye.

ART DEPARTMENT: If you need assistance in creating a logo, graphic or otherwise the art department fee's are $50.00 per hour.

INK COLOR CHANGE - $5.00 per color

UNBAGGING FEE - Unbagging of individual items will require a charge of $0.15 per item.

STORAGE - Storage fees will be incurred on goods (4 cases or more) received more than three weeks
before the start of production or more than three weeks after the completion of an order. Fees will
be set at the discretion of Carra Sportswear.

RUSH ORDERS - Rush fees will be added to orders due before the normal production time, at the discretion
of Carra Sportswear, based on current production volume.

SPOILAGE - Please allow a 2% reject factor on orders of 50 pieces or over, 1 shirt maximum on orders
under 50 pieces.

ELECTRONIC FILE SPECIFICATIONS - We accept files in the following formats: Adobe Illustrator
CS2, Adobe Photoshop CS2, and Macromedia Freehand MX. Earlier versions of those programs
can, of course, be used. We can also accept Corel Draw 10, Microsoft Word and Microsoft
PowerPoint, however, these will almost certainly involve extra charges. We also accept .jpeg, .gif,
.tif, .bmp files, but they must be at a minimum of 300 pixels per inch (ppi) at the finished size of
the print. If you have need to supply “Camera Ready” art, it must be solid black on white paper.
Any half-tone screens must be at 40 lines per inch (lpi) for a dark ink print, or 30 lines per inch
(lpi) for a light ink print, at an angle of 22°, using elliptical dots, (first choice) or round dots
(second choice).
